iSeeRed
Tyler Magloire seems to be going on loan to Hartlepool in the Conference.

Seems at least a level too low for him, but I guess beggars can't be choosers.

Most of the clubs are fully professional not a big difference to league 2.
philipl
Vale is back! Presumable Sam Burn is on the bench. @richsharpe89 Stewart Downing on the bench as #Rovers U23s look to extend their unbeaten start to the season against Arsenal. Jack Vale also back after injury. Team: Stergiakis, Pike, Barnes, Saadi, Thompson, Lyons, Whitehall, Paton, Brennan, McBride, Vale #Rovers lining up in a 4-3-3, with Vale as the centre forward, Brennan on the right and McBride the left. bluebruce
Well...that unbeaten start ended rather spectacularly... 6-0 to Arsenal, and we were the home side. Included a Pike own goal, which is probably how they got that score with only 5 shots on target. Guess the Greek might not be the answer to our current keeping issue. Probably more likely that Rovers have let him go early for the International break. Playing for Gibraltar in competitive games is probably at least as good as an under 23 game for him.
inflikted
Louie's on the pitch right now, second half sub against Bulgaria. They're 3-0 down but those goals conceded were in the first half and he's held his own in midfield next to former Ipswich academy captain Kian Ronan.

Purely because this one is til the end of the season. Although there's also the fact it's not even the top semi pro league. Hope theres a recall option and the plan is to bring him back in Jan to send to League Two or One if he has done well enough, and only leave him there if he isn't up to speed with mens football yet. philipl
The wage cap makes it incredibly difficult to do loans to Leagues 1 and 2 now. Hopefully Brennan doesn't get injured playing against clod hoppers at that level and that his skills really shine through. He has consistently stood out in the under 23 games I have seen him in and he will leave a big gap in that squad.

only2garners
For anyone with too much time on their hands this afternoon Sky Sports is showing the thriller that will no doubt be San Marino v Gibraltar at 2pm. Hopefully an appearance by Louie Annesley will provide some interest for us.

Youngsters Jayce Olivero (over 30 caps at 22 years old and vice captain of the national team), Graeme Torrilla (combative centre mid) and Tjay De Barr (speedy forward, spent last season at Oviedo before injury and Covid meant he returned home) other names to watch. De Barr is very good at speeding past defenders and winning free kicks, which is a useful asset to have when you have a set piece taker like Liam Walker in the team.
