Have a look at my post above. The final minutes are agreed between us.

At the end of the day I guess that they could insist that something should not be published. I have been secretary of the Forum since 2009 and it hasn't happened yet.

As long as the relevant questions are asked and answered, I think everyone will be happy, even if they do not like the answers.

I've just had an email from the club about the car park facilities at the ground.

Looking at the parking info on the web site, it's £15 per game. FIFTEEN QUID!!!!!

It also appears that they're going to charge on non-match days....

On non-match days, the car park will remain open to visitors. Non-match day rates apply and are displayed clearly on signage throughout the car park.

Hopefully, complete madness hadn't taken over their minds, and we can still park for free for a while whilst we pop down to collect tickets, or visit the shop (assuming that it's actually open).

What about anyone visiting the memorial garden? my late father, season ticket holder for many years, 60 cup final attendee, and the reason for my 55 yr love affair with the club (last 15 yrs not so much) has a plot in there which my 86 yr old mother visits regularly, and parks as close to it as she can, is she going to be billed every time she goes??

You would hope that it will be free parking for 30 mins or so, but you never know with this lot.

Whenever I've been to the club shop on non match days before, I've never paid. Nor was I aware that I needed to if that was the case.

For fifteen quid a game parking I hope they’re bloody valeting and washing them too

disgusting though, as a big bulk of those parking closest there have to do so, maybe not as mobile etc (way to alienate some of the older fans and charge a struggling towns population who are already stretched financially further - and for some this may be their respite or only social outlet of a week etc) 

 

Let’s charge customers popping down to spend some money on tickets, shirts a little more for their privilege to park near the shop to spend money at a non match day rate

This is not the Blackburn Rovers I grew up with and was proud to support.Not a pot to piss in during the 70s/80s but always pro active with the fanbase and happy to welcome you into Ewood.The bond with the Township was strong and solid,unbreakable.

Now just a cold,distant,vacant shell that I barely recognise..Just horrible what is unfolding before our Eyes.

Every day that passes I simply hate these Owners more and more.

I have been going on Ewood since 1969, me nor my late father have ever paid to park a car. It is disgusting!

Seriously, all any new owner would have to do initially is get rid of these bullshit charges, and introduce a ‘new era’ ST of £250 all over the ground.

Just be the antithesis of Venky Rovers re: actual engagement with fans.

The money/investment wouldn’t matter half as much with competent ownership.
