Why would you refuse to extend the deal of a Coach who was  doing well for you but hand a longer deal out  instead to a completely unknown quantity?

because eustace.,like jdt is a very good coach who is ambitious,they don`t want that at ewood,hence both of them have walked out/quit,whatever you want to call it
