I’ll be honest and I feel bad saying it but I can’t enjoy that victory  He should be gone, he won’t be gone but that was abysmal

I would far rather play abysmally and win than play brilliantly and lose.. I think. In retrospect I had much better things to do yesterday afternoon and should have left my Rovers engagement to l

This is my favourite quote from the article, of course you will move things around, you do it every bloody week, mostly for no reason at all!

Wonder if Mowbs will be tempted to play a few squad players for this one?

All eyes on the Rovers twitter feed from 13:55 for this one. We simply cannot set up today to counter a perceived Barnsley threat. Let’s play to our strengths and go for the jugular. If not today then when?

New manager bounce boosted the Barnsley numbers they'll sniff a win here make no mistake no matter how bad they might have been. We are a floundering team with a dithering manager so in their eyes this is winnable.

It has come to something when half the people you speak to about your beloved club want them to lose tomorrow so there can be a change of wastrel at the wheel.

But let's face it, with the Goons & Loons in charge, it isn't going to change very much at all, until they are gone.

Sadly, I'm amongst those that would prefer Rovers to get a good hiding tomorrow, so that at least there will be some logic and momentum for a new man at the helm. Unfortunately I'm also amongst those that believe the people in charge at Ewood couldn't pick a winner if they had a bloody time machine....

I know it's a difficult one. We want our club to succeed and have a manager with enough tactical knowhow and play players in the correct position. However the club with only appoint mediocre managers while Venkys remain in charge. So it could be a case of better the devil you know with Mowbray as frustrating as this is for us all us. As it's likely to get a lot bloody worse for Rovers before it gets better

WE can't live off project fear forever there is a better structure in place than at anytime under Venkys since before Kean. A lot of that is down to Mowbray of course and some is just down to time and the complete dumbing down of everything.

A handshake at the end of the season would be my preference but if things get worse it'll have to be a pay off i'm afraid.

Barnsley sold around 1200 for this. Decent turnout when they haven't won for months.

What a new manager can do! If they win it will drawn out any Rovers fans protest. Also watch for how quick and loud the music comes on.

I'm being negative but who can blame me.

I think 99% of us are feeling negative these days. There are no positives coming out of the Club other than Gladwin returning to training.

The 'new manager' is the only thing that's thrown a bit of a curve-ball into the game. But, we're playing the worst team in the league by far, at home. We don't score too many goals, but these guys score even less and have the worst defensive record in the whole division (in fact I think they are the 2nd worst in the whole football league - much worse than teams like Notlob. It's the kind of game where even Big Ben should be let off the leash to score - so it can be burnt to CDR and sent to Pune immediately.

I don't think we'll manage to keep a clean sheet, but it should be a routine if slightly uninspiring victory. 3-1.

I have a bad feeling about this game. We have the feel of a club who’s manager has run out of ideas and can’t find the right formula to get consistent results and performances. Throw into the mix the new manager bounce that Barnsley will have and the struggles that we tend to have against these types of opponents at home.

We desperately need Lenihan to be playing today as our record with him in the side is so much stronger than without him. Such a key player.

It's not him picking them that's only half the job it's where he deploys them and what he asks them to do !

Anyway 3 - 0 to Rovers the first of a two game winning rub before the foot comes off the gas again.
