Many of our lads also running on empty.  Real fitness is cumulative and I think years of indifferent training is catching up with us.

We've set up with 3 at the back and are looking to defend, frustrate and hit Sheffield Utd on the counter attack. 

After a shaky 10-15 minutes we've been fine.
