A lot of people seem to think it would be a good thing for Rovers if we got £1 million+ as a sell on fee for Phillips 

I'm struggling to see any positive. It certainly won't provide a material benefit to Rovers.

I'm sure Phillips is quite happy with his pay packet since that, in football, is what's important to him.  This is such a distasteful "rule". As if the big boys needs more help rounding up (stealing) talent.

Well no-one wants to sell us their players for 50% of their market value so what else can we do?

A sell on from Phillips would probably just about cover a years agent fees for the Ewood merry go round.

Why do we still have so many balloons who think every fee goes into the transfer pot ?

Blackburn? Maybe it's even a bit too late for this question. Honestly, I don't have much to comment on here - says the defender in an interview with TVP Sport. - What is my transfer situation?
