I think people need to start getting over the Kean issue. He's useless but he's clearly not going to be fired so get over it.

The defeat to Bolton really hurts now. A point against Utd would really help.

QPR have been the surprise. Thought they'd be in the same position as Wolves right now. Wigan just dont want to let go either.

Overall I dont think the two results against Wolvse/Sunderland were ever going to be enough on their own. Inevitably this will go down to the last couple of weekends of the season. With Bolton being on form and having a relatively straightforward run in I think it'll be between us and Wigan. QPR will have too many tough games and Wolves are down. Our game against Wigan is going to be huge.

Everybody is over it, at games folk just get behind the side, but will he ever be accpeted? Never.

Don't think anyone is asking him to be fired, it seems as long as Venkys are here, Kean will remain manager.

It is the fact the man acts a complete k**b, and along with notable others, has taken the ###### out of the fans during his time as manager (plus he is constant liar and his agent is a spanner too).

I don't really see how it's possible to "get over" having a useless, lying cretin as our manager. Considering he is directly responsible for most of our failings on the pitch, to "get over" his management would essentially be to accept being terrible. I'm personally not willing to do that.

I didn't say support the bloke, Im just getting so bored reading about him in every single thread.

And you don't think the rest of us are?

It's hard to resist when the cretin (and his media chums) won't keep their traps shut.

I think most of us, apart from Braddock, would like to never to read or hear his name again.

Braddock doesn't come on unless we've won our last match... the negativity wounds his soul too deeply.

he'll do his usual and say anything from united is a bonus then we have a winnable game against WBA. He's more than happy to dismiss the opposition in public the famous winnable 3 games we went on to lose all 3 of. IF he publically dismisses the WBA match as winnable in the post match interview against united he wants a slap.

Fergie and Roy in the next 2 matches, in managerial terms on paper we've no chance.

2 important questions to be resolved in the next few weeks:

Is discussion about upgrading Brockhall now- er-----'academic"?

Will 1 bodyguard be enough?

I'm going to put myself forward for looking ridiculously stupid here, but hell, if it doesn't work out I'm happy.

Blackburn Rovers will get either 4 or 5 points in there remaining games, and be relegated second bottom.

From the original post:

Blackburn remianing fixtures

Man Utd (h) - L

WBA (a) - W

Liverpool (h) - L

Swansea (a) - W

Norwich (h) - W

Tottenham (a) - L

Wigan (h) - D

Chelsea (a) - L

10 out of 24 points

I think this is about right.

This relegation race is hard to pick since 75% of the season, these teams were poor but I see Rovers, Wigan, 38 points, the Rovers/Wigan match towards season end will be crucial, Bolton, 37 points.

Just been reading the Yak thread. Even if we stay up this season, which is at the moment looking pretty unlikely, we'll have the same ###### next year. I'm not sure I can put up with another season of this garbage.

18 Wigan Athletic

19 Blackburn Rovers

20 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Bolton to survive on the Muamba effect , galvanising them when most needed..

QPR to survive , they have better players and manager than any other of the bottom 5 ...

Wigan blow hot and cold .Have some talented players .Dangerous opponents on their day...

Wolves have gone ,,

Rovers , going to struggle now ..The club deserves to be relegated, the rot starts at the TOP ..We can not move forward til Kean and Venkys are gone ..I do not want relegation but if it speeds the demise of Kean and Venkys ,I welcome it with open arms...

Regardless of what happens tomorrow, the games against WBA and Liverpool are hugely important.

I can't see both QPR (Away at United) and Wigan (Away at Chelsea) winning on Saturday so if we can get even a point against WBA it allows us to edge ahead, then we move onto Liverpool. I really feel that if we can produce a fully committed display we can win this game, particularly as Liverpool have the FA Cup semi-final a few days after they play us.

After the Liverpool game we will have a better indication of where we are heading, if we can get 4 points from the next three games we will be still in there fighting.

Hodgson and Andrews will be determined to turn us over. IMO, Roy has more tactical nous in his little toe than Kean has in that bald head of his. WBA win.

As for Kenny's Liverpool - there is no way he will want to go into a semi on a losing run, with no momentum and confidence dented. Like knowledgeable football folk understand, form is not a tap that you turn on and off like water. A draw at best for Rovers or a right mullering as by this game, the pressure will be sky high !
