I'd suggest that Koita would need to beome 'one of the lads' quickly to get more game time. Engrotiate yourself into the jovial clique, you'll get a start regardless. We need 11 English speakers who all get on well together; good mates, you know....

And you need a name that you can add '-ey' on the end (Lowey, Steeley) or already ends that way (Hanley, Duffy) otherwise Gaz can't be your mate. Fode Koita has no chance. Fode-ey? Koita-ey? Nah.
