Wigan (a), FA Cup 3rd Round, 8/1/21

I said before the draw the two worst teams to get are Wigan or Preston away. Uninspiring semi regular local game which means far more to them/their fans and a shithouse style of play to boot. Fears coming true so far and we’re getting dragged into it.

Looked like he was coming back on until he realised we d subbed him ..dont think its his hamstring.Didnt look happy about being subbed !

Bet Butterworth looked even less happy about not being the man to replace him. If he is basically fourth choice to play in the 3rd round of the FA Cup against lower league opponents he must be questioning when he is going to play.
