Sorry to tell you lads. All comes down to Buckley's miss. Fine margins. He scores that and it's a completely different game and we are sat in 2nd. Face it.

Absolutely agree. Although, as I keep saying and being shouted down for, 2nd always was an artificial league position. It was in Bournemouth and QPRs hands. We’re now fighting for 6, it doesn’t matter if you finish 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th.

I suspect we’d have found a way to shoot ourselves in the foot, either way.

It's a classic Tony. One of the oddest managers I've ever come across

He is really odd. It's like as soon as he gets a sniff of success he thinks he can get away with fielding a team without a midfield or a striker.

That's why recruitment was so important.

We had one chance all game.

Not good enough.

Buckley decided to pass it back instead of scoring. This is on him.

Same as the last game.

Should be creating more than one chance a game though.

Lennihan missed a sitter last week and red card this. Just as culpable.

Our season ended in the transfer window.

Down to Mowbray/venkys.

As usual.

Heads will drop here, honestly can’t see us getting anymore than 3 points from the next 5 games.

That’ll need to be 3 draws as we sure as hell ain’t scoring.

4 times sky have shown us now since the turn of the year and we’ve lost three times, scoring once.

WBA to come on sky this Monday. Fantastic.

That's the reality. It's been a long time since a missed chance like that has lingered with me an entire game but it was absolutely criminal. You really can say its the moment we lost the game.

Down to Mowbray, he said he could have signed a forward but "we don't play that way."

We started poorly and Forest deserved to take the lead. Thought our match against Swansea was proof enough that Buckley shouldn't start upfront.

We fought well tonight, makes it especially disappointing that our captain gets himself sent off like that. We can moan as much as we'd like about the ref, but I've seen worse.
