I’m flying over with 3 Czech friends for the game. Can anyone recommend a decent pub pre-match which has the Liverpool or Blackpool game and preferably a decent pint? We get to Blackburn station around 12:15.

thanks

Get a taxi from the station to the Brown Cow on Livesey Branch Road.

The opportunity to get half season tickets on sale early (whilst we are doing well) shouldn't need supporters to 'suggest' that to them. Isn't increasing revenue part of Swag's brief?

It’s a suggestion though and you might get a response you didn’t expect! Putting the club down is such an easy thing to do as is watching and sniping from the sidelines so do what many do and send an email it only takes a few minutes 😵💫👍

If it needs the suggestions of individual fans rather than engaging in supporter consultations (getting off his arse) then he's not earning his salary.

He's is absolutely right it though shouldn't take Fred from Darwen to suggest these things to a 300k a year CEO or a well paid ticket office manager.

Nailed on 3 points.

Brum's 3rd game in 6 days - will be on their knees by half time.

With our run of fixtures, confident we'll go into the World Cup either top or second.

You didn't?

Fucking hell, you did.

Cheers Merce, death spiral incoming...

After the wigan game you had “major concerns” about JDT.

What have you seen in the Boro and Sunderland games that now make you think we are good for 2nd or top when WC break arrives?

That’s one hell of a turnaround of opinion.

Would you agree that some of your opinions are rather reactionary?

If we lose the next 2 will you and this board be back on suicide watch?  Probably.

Flying over from Norway tonight to attend the match Tomorrow with my mate. Doing the full hospitality experience in the Premier Suite. Does anybody know when they open the doors?

Usually 12pm for a 3pm match I believe.
Enjoy it - good food, view, service and you might see an ex player or two.

Interesting comment their Mercer given your comments post Wigan game about having great concerns about JDT and then 2 games lately which we won both and are 2nd now has changed your opinion all of sudden? whilst I have been very confident in JDT ability to be a success here despite a few poor performances this season.

You might see Chris Samba if you have a seat near the director's box, he often attends to watch academy lads he's working with.

It took the club a full 18months to take on some suggestions from the RT Marketing Prospectus, personally handed to Waggott and the ideas within discussed with both he and Paul 'Fans don't matter, corporates do' Fielder. Those were ideas collated from fan suggestions on all media, including on here.

I can't imagine they'll be any quicker implementing ideas because Joe Bloggs sends an email demanding a face-to-face meeting.

Looking at the latest FF minutes they are going to need ‘further discussions’ re a Tony Parkes tribute… so that’s about two years he’s been ‘looking into it’ now.

On the football side there has been much progress, alas the Swag side of the club is as laughable as ever…

I think he literally doesn't want to remind them he's still here on his big whacka for.doing feck all.  They've probably had forgot they bought us.

Yet again some are missing the point, its not JUST about half season tickets its about highlighting your suggestions!

Yet again YOU are missing the point that WE the fans should have to point out the fucking obvious to the people running the club.

When have you ever criticised the club?

Put Hedges and Brittain on their proper sides.

Hedges has always been a right sided player.

So many examples of full backs who prefer playing on their “weaker” side ie Cancelo, lahm, Ashley young etc.

Classic rovers fans lazy argument and traditionalism. Brittain was quality at LWB on Tuesday, long May it continue
