Travis didn't want to play for Blackburn Rovers, he made his mind up he wanted away. Better off without him, it affects the team, players who can't be bothered.

There is a sizable difference between not wanting to play for Rovers, & not being offered the wage/contract befitting a proven Championship performer in his prime, with over 250 appearances to his name & who has been club captain for 3 years

Travis sold to Derby,  Baradji in as his replacement. We might be able to move onwards and upwards now.

By selling one of our best players and replacing him with someone that’s injured?

(Unless I’m confusing Baradji with someone else).

I'm writing this new bloke off immediately - when you say his name fast it sounds like Balaji.

Yuk.

That's not something to shout about, to be fair.

You are right, however, it's a fact.

The point I was trying to make was how placid and perhaps apathetic our current fan base is to what it once was.

We've put up with 15 years of sh1te with barely a murmur apart from @glen9mullan activity in the early Kean days.  It simply wouldn't happen at other clubs.

All 3 results are equal probability. Going to come down to who is set up best and wants it most. Hull have ground out two decent results so far so a big test for Ismael.

Rovers 2 nil. Ohashi and Cantwell. Cantwell to give a captain performance with a goal and assist today.

COYB🔵

Great support from Rovers fans taking over 1k supporters there today. Let's hope Rovers can win and make each one of their supporters who travelled there proud and delight with 3 points.

Playing in our 3rd strip today.

So?

When you are much older you become more circumspect about exposing yourself to potentially dangerous situations especially when you are less agile / mobile.  That is commonsense.

Also, I have friends who are Burnley fans, they are not bastards and your sweeping generalizations are moronic.

He never ever played like he couldnt be bothered.

He seemed like he loved playing for us, but as ever, our terrible owners/board and inability to pay competitive wages meant that he left.

He’s likely been treated like sh*** by the club and things behind the scenes are an absolute mess affecting his career, finances, family etc. So he doesn’t want that in his life and wants out. Doesn’t matter whether he loves the club - treated badly and the club’s got zero decency, ambition and money=find another employer. Simple as.

As Mercer points out, 'Those dingles bastards' are just us in the mirror, before the cancerous Raos kicked in. We'd be prepared to put up with a lot to return to the position they are in / have been in for the past decade or so.

There but for the grace of football, go we.

Hedges seemingly a first choice pick every match tells you everything

That's a relegation team

Was there actually any trouble in the Burnley game at Ewood?
