:blink: On what planet do you think Pulis will leave well run, Premier League Stoke for Rovers? We may as well offer SAF the job.

:D

It'd be more realistic to expect the return of Allardyce. West Ham don't exactly seem to be falling over themselves to renew his contract and there's an outside possibility they could still be relegated.

Not a chance.

Sam is well liked and respected down there and only relegation will stop him being offered a new contract.

I know, it wasn't a serious suggestion, I was merely responding to the wildly optimistic suggestion we should target Pulis.

Is he? Who by? Certainly not by the fans, and the porn peddlers are not rushing to get him signed up.

Former colleague of mine works for WHAM and is a tad closer than you are, located some 230 odd miles away from 'the action'.

Coyle to rovers? doubt it but this is Rovers and Shebby.

will end up with Sven taking over in the summer with Derek Faz and McClaren coming in as coaches most likely.

Sven would put up with Shebby and Venkys.

would either Hughes or Adkins put up with them, seriously doubt it

Even so, seems like the fans don't like him too much and why are the owners messing around so much with his contract?

Madness if they don't sign him up again imo.

Pepsi or Shirley?

You've hardly contradicted my assertion that he's not particularly liked by the fans, never mind respected. I've seen him refereed to as the 'toad' many times on WHU MB's. The internet can travel 230 miles in milliseconds. And if your 'former colleague' (real or imagined) is employed by WHU then Allardyce might have got him the job.

Sven with mcclaren and faz as coaches? Bit farfetched that chaady boy.

Think McClaren isnt a manager but is very well regarded as a coach.

think he knows this now

Want Adkins or Hughes but just cant see Rovers/Shebby going that way but hope I very wrong

We can have articles of sypathetic stating the obvious until the cows come home but we are stuck with all the lying and deceitful scumbags.

Not one of the cowards has raised their head above the parapet yet

It's a set-up I'd like to see in all honesty, but I just don't think it'd happen. I think McClaren is very much established as a manager now mate.

Hughes or Adkins.....again, I think they're pipe dreams, but we can live in hope eh?

Just imagine. We've paid £4.3m in payouts to managers this season. We could've had Hughes for that.

an established failure.

Not that I need bother commenting. I just know whomever is appointed will be an absolute arse.

Sven and Faz an established failure? If 43% wins is a failure then WTF are we?

If we had stayed with Appleton i doubt we would have got six more points, he had to go.

McClaren's a good manager.

If we're going down the experienced route, we can only attract ones like him who have done well at some clubs but failed at others.

Managers who constantly do well go on to bigger and better things.

It's either people like him, McLeish, Coyle etc or another inexperienced gamble. I know which one I'd prefer.

I'll treat your response with the contempt it deserves you pompous half wit.
