That *was* the January Window

My assumption is Wharton will be sold to someone like Newcastle in Jan who'll pay a couple of million straight away to land him cheaper.  Rest will be part of an undisclosed package with modest fee but plenty add ons, probably 3 or 4 million initial fee but he'll stay here until summer.

Possibly Travis will be sold as well for a million or so.

That income should get us to the summer without going bust !

Szmodics and Carter can then be sold in the summer.

Nowt to worry about.

Need £10 million to get us through to summer without any input from the feckless ones. In the last set of accounts they hadn't paid their sponsorship money by the accounts year end . You would have to think the same will apply this year.

Tronstad was supposed to be that man, but he's not getting a look in for whatever bs reason.

Tommason probably wants him to complete 5 more homework assignments, 3 class presentations and a theory test before he can play again. Ffs

Who'd've thought it, maybe after all JDT knows a thing or two about football & how to integrate a player from abroad gradually, as opposed to throwing him in and risking his confidence...

I agree re Whiteman by the way, well worth a punt for us with his contract expiring in summer.

striker required in january, someone who can hold the ball up and head it,broughton and kimberley should be brought to task for bringing us telalovic, not the lads fault but he`s clearly not up to it,he might be in a seasons time but thats not what we need at the moment

I haven't seen enough of Telalovic, to make a judgement on him.

The owners should be held to task for slashing the budget to make signing a competent striker practically impossible.

Why should Broughton and Kimberley be brought to task for signing Telalovic? JDT decide he wanted Telalovic over a loan striker from La Liga?

Telalovic was going to player that we needed to develop and take time to get used to English football. JDT and his staff will be working with him daily and in the coming months we see more of him playing.

The loan option might have been from La Liga in the same way that Telalovic was from the Bundesliga.

you can`t tell me that jdt did`nt want a striker who was ready to start instead of another project ,telalovic might come good but we don`t have the time to wait,we should have gone down the league and got a striker from england,we are supposedly skint so that would have been the best option,at least he`d have been familiar with the game over here

Do clubs, any clubs, really buy 23 year olds as ‘development’ projects?
