Because the Irish lads play well together. And maybe Ayala is carrying a knock or a niggle.

They have played well together to be fair. I'd say Mowbray is being careful with Ayala too. Knowing the 2 lads, we will need him soon enough. Great cover to have and hopefully getting fitter all the time this season.

Surely Ayala had to start today. It’s almost as if Mowbray didn’t realise until he was through the door that he may not work well with Lenihan.

Nah you have to treat Ayala with kid gloves. Don't play him twice a week if you can afford not to.

I've noticed Hanley has made a few ricks lately, let's hope he makes one or two today.

Penalty and a red card would be very nice.

He surely has that in him, especially up against Armstrong you would imagine.

What I have read though,he is playing very well. Was up for player of the month in September I think it was

Trybull has to not be on loan from Norwich, Davenport has to show more to TM.

Fair enough RE: Trybull. Davenport has looked good when he's come on and Johnson was shite on Wednesday.

He's knackered. Open the door for Davenport - what's the worst that can happen?

That maybe true but it is a little strange , Williams wasn't really fit on Wednesday night and Lenihan has poor most of the season....

Douglas is still playing , in my mind he is worse than Bell...

If you say so Baz. For me, Ayala and Lenihan are better. Just ahead of Lenihan and Wharton.

Maybe we can just keep chopping and changing the back two for the rest of the season...

For me Wharton had nailed down a starting job at CB. That injury was devastating for him and us.

Just a lovely no-nonsense CB.

Minute 6: Norwich keeper with a world class save

Minute 7: Armstrong with a ridiculous shot, on his weak foot, from the corner of the area, on the turn, blocked... greedy git.

Anyone know how many assists he has for us this season, and total?

How do I like a post on this new system?

I would like to ask the same question 😊

Same as before, it's in the bottom right hand corner. You just can't see it. If you hover over the area with the mouse cursor or tap the area with your finger on a phone it should appear.
