Hoochie Bloochie Mama Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Thank god we've got a performance-based manager. Imagine how shit we'd be if we hadn't. 2 Quote

Venkys trusted Mowbray thats why they signed off a loan transfer this week. In years to come we will look at the players we had at Rovers this season and wonder how we didn't go up. Now 7 points off the play-offs. When the right players are on the pitch and they get the bit between their teeth like the last 15 minutes then we look a decent side. Mowbray seems incapable of getting it right from the first minute Quote

Although from Mowbray's point of view I guess it gives him something to latch on to and whinge about the disallowed goal etc etc. From my point of view the Mowbray death spiral rumbles on - two wins in ten in all comps and I'm glad I didn't waste £10 on that rubbish today. And can't really see any point in watching them until Mowbray goes. What a state of affairs. So you'd prefer Rovers to lose rather than get a point? With 'fans' like you.... 2 Quote
bazza Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 For 75 minutes Stoke were set up in a proper formation. They played far better than us. Every player knew where his position was. I was screaming at Kaminski to punt the ball forward but he insisted on rolling it out to a marked defender. A lot of work needs doing in training at Rovers and we all know that it won't be done under TM. Quote

(no blame to Dack btw). Last 20 mins much better and players look hungry and got some attacking play finally. Armstrong's 1st half offside goal should have given. Never offside. If Chester would have never bought him down I think Armstrong would have scored and we won the game but didnt happen. Branthwaite looks promising and can see why Mowbray wanted him. Davenport and Brereton should start next game. You have seen Armstrong on 1v1s right? He shits the bed everytime. better than Gayle 😂 mowbrays time is up, you can’t deny it now Quote

Ghost7 Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 More than likely 10 points off the playoffs now. They are over. Even if we were to get in, how would you win them with this guy in charge? Quote

WacoRover Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 I always want Rovers to get a positive result. There is no benefit to lose, nor will it get Mowbray fired. I will take a point today; it beats what we got at their ground. Quote
