JDT made his philosophy very clear, high tempo, fast paced and constantly pressing and closing down the opposition, we are doing absolutely none of those things, very poor.

He really needs to rip them (and himself) a new one at half time. That’s four games in five (league) where we just aren’t at the races.

simply not good enough.

Poor 1st half that. Miss some bite in midfield with Travis at RB and Wharton on an early yellow. Dack too deep and not supporting Hirst, so any knockdown or flick ons give possession back.

Tighten up midfield & we can turn the tide. Take off Wharton for Buckley, put Buckley at RB and move Travis inside, and get dack playing further forward. Give them more to think about defensively.

Our midfield two are non-existent, I think Wharton needs to come off. He looks like a red card waiting to happen too with him already being on a yellow.

Bristol have played well but it's easy when there's so much space to play in. Lucky to be only 1-0 down.

Hyam has been our best player.

Said it during the transfer window, for all the talk of centre backs and forwards..the thing that's killing us each game is having zero physicality in CM. Even if they weren't the most technical player someone with a bit of pace, height, aggression and stamina Is so badly needed. Especially only playing 2 in there.

For all their ability, Morton and Wharton will get bullied as a pair in most games.

Maybe see if Mola could do a job.

Their midfield is running things with Matty James and Scott having a field day so far. It's naive for us to be going in to league games with two youngsters in the middle, as promising as they may be.

Our midfield is likely to be a concern for most of the season, unless it is addressed in January.
